Marty, as you are in Holland I cannot give you a local course but suggest you try the Dupont web sites or a web search on "Krytox". This is a synthetic lubricant availabel as a clear oil or white grease which is very expensive (about $10US/oz.) but does not bleed, stain, creep, or degrade. It is chemically inert and functions over an extreme temperature range (-70F to +700F) so your instrument, once lubricated with it, will work well for a lifetime without the new grease hardening, bleeding, etc.
When used sparingly it becomes very inexpensive, since it only has to be applied once.
