Dear Phil,
before you posted your message I didn't even know about the existence of such method (I usually adopt the haversines method or the H.O. 214), so I want to thank you because you raised my curiosity and you made me learn something new.
I made a research trhough the internet and I found the following site:

It's very nice: you can download a free version of updated Agelon tables, complete with an exaustive explanation.
