The USCG has a Celestial Nav course through the BM School at Yorktown,
VA. The course is CELNAV and I have the book in PDF format (about 10MB)
if anyone wants it.
The USCG Auxiliary has never had a course in Celestial - I have written
a text for it but there is not a lot of interest. Most folks take the
USPS courses which are good basic courses - the hardest part is
practice, since most of us learn by doing.
