Hi Peter:
It's my understanding that the LORAN-C system will be kept as a backup to GPS for WAAS.
The other satellite based nav systems are so similar to GPS that all of them would be rendered useless by a jammer.
The current issue of GPS World has an article on how various types of jamming effect various receivers. Bottom line, ALL GPS
receivers are susceptible to jamming, it's just a question of how much power.
