It does not have specific almanac/ephemeris provisions for those, at least my non-current 3.02 does not. There is a general reduction page which povides for entry of LHA, Declination, Latitude, Ho and then will generate intercept and azimuth for any sight though.
And speaking of Palms, I should mention that Palm has/had a downloadable Plam Emulator which runs a "soft Palm" on most PCs. This allows the user to test and get familiar with Palm software on their PC screen. If I recall, I had to drill around on the Palm sight and fill out some forms before being allowed to download it, but it was free.
