 Freiberger can be found on the web under their real name (i.e. German) and they do sell directly. I have no idea how the duty or tariff may be applied, but their instruments seem very reasonably priced directly from them. I had some brief email with them about 2-3 years ago and at that time they were looking for a US distributor after being knocked out of the market, they said due to the rise of the dmark against the dollar in past years.
