first, for Tony Cappiello and anyone else who is interested, I have copies
of the PDFs for the 1995 Bowditch. it is 59 files, about 25MB. probably

completely agree on this! can not over emphasize this.

and worse!! no derivative works, if Disney and the large copyright holders
continue have their way. imagine a world where everything you create
indebts you to someone for "copyright". given that Disney's empire is
created from copyright-expired and derivative works, the hypocracy is too
much for me.
