There are several companies selling a similar thing, as a gyrocompass replacement. Using 2 or 3 GPS recievers, located a precise distance apart, and measuring the time difference of recieved signals. I thought three were required for pitch/yaw information from GPS signals, though. Pricing that I've seen has been in the 2-5k range, depending on when I first saw it and the feature set. They're relatively small and lightweight - two reciever units tend to be based on a rod type supporting structure, three reciever units tend to be flat dish in appearance.
