Hi folks! Just got thru working no. 84! Working was a workout keeps you sharp especially when you finally figure the year!! One question arises: I noticed the absence of advancing LOPS to a common time . Any comments on that? When adjusting to the fix time of 0530 my fix;20d59N,156d59W which was in close agreement to the ans;21.0N,157.0N. One more question please! When shooting Polaris I noticed or inferred from navigation texts that averaging several shots is not mentioned. On occasions I have experienced increasing altitudes in the course of a Polaris session. Any feedback would be appreciated and thanks much!
