Captain's Nautical in Seattle probably does.

I have had them repair old Swedish clocks, restore 100-year old
sextants, as well as lesser tasks. They are probably the finest
navigation store in the US. Most of the others have all gone out of
business.

Highly recommended. They have a great telescope-maker-optician on the
premises as well.
