Subject: HO249 or AP3270, specifically Vol 3

Now here's a curly one. I know someone who has asked if I can think of a
way of accessing HO249 or AP3270, specifically Vol 3 .
Bowditch is online but this may be too much to hope for in the case of
these Air Navigation Tables.
The background is that I know a small group of people in Sydney who are
interested in navigation. I have encouraged them to subscribe to this
list, one won't because he lives on his boat and infrequently checks his
email, e.g. in internet cafés, and another may be simply shy.
Anyhow, one of them is working his way through Mary Blewitt's 'Celestial
Navigation for Yachtsmen' and thinks he has found a mistake but to check
it he needs to have a look, using her methods, not just at the relevant
pages for this particular problem but also the interpolation tables and
I don't know what else.
The ideal thing would be to find someone else in Sydney (Australia) but
we're open to any suggestions.
