Guys:
The charter for the list is based on what it was when the Nav-L list was
owned by ronin.com. I did not feel I should change it. But if everyone feels
it would be better for the list maybe changing the words from "Non-
Electronic" to "Traditional Navigation" might reflect the the list more.
