The following is from the the YEOMAN web pages at
http://www.weems-plath.com/Yeomanfaq1.html#how%20do%20I%20reference

"First, fold your chart so your working area fits on the YEOMAN. Decide on 3 points
of latitude and longitude in the following pattern: Two of equal Latitude and two of
equal Longitude to form a right angle. Points A and B should be on the same line of
latitude. Points B and C should be on the same line of longitude. Make sure that they
are not too close to the edge. The chart will not reference if they are within an
inch and a half from the edge of the board."

Three particular points are needed to use a chart.

YEOMAN can be contacted by email (see their site) if that does not resolve the
problem.
