Never having needed to get Nav-L messages in digest I'm not sure what goes on
with the digest. I'll look into it.

This address is listed in the Welcome message you received when you
subscribed. Did you read and save it?

Access to the subscription list is limited to the list owner and posting is
restricted to subscribers. The attachments are permitted because of the
nature of the discussions on Navigation-L.

Any changes to list policy are made by agreement with the majority of the
list subscribers. I only manage the list.
