Dear Listmembers,

I have heard of a system of courses in, probably the whole commonwealth, wich trains you to be a yacht-navigator or skipper. Holland is pretty much non-regulated as long as your yacht is smaller than 50 feet and I would like some form of formal knowledge. Can someone point me in the right direction?

P.S.

I have just purchased a second hand Walker Knotmaster for 260 dollars. I wouldn't know wether that is a bargain or not but I have spotted what looked like a new version of the log for 400 euro's.
