I wonder if anyone has recommendations to offer of sources for information on climate data for planning sailing voyages in the South Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It would be particularly convenient to have it in digital form, of course.

Data of interest include surface wind speed, direction, and variability; barometric pressure; sea heights and direction; and occurrence, intensity, and tracks of storms.
