Nothing is wrong, it is only deceptively imprecise. The single tick character which you read as <<minutes>> is in more common use the character read as <<feet>>. I forgot that in the context of this list the single tick could be read different ways.

The statement is <<100 feet>> not 100 minutes, and it is neither latitude nor longitude but rather the diagonal measurement based on the offset of both latitude and longitude, ignoring any elevation offset.
