Like many on in this group I should imagine I have taken more sights than I
have had hot dinners with the Mk9 so permit me a couple of tips, don't make
the bubble too small for stars as the surface tension makes a small bubble
sluggish, in poor conditions dont be afraid to guess where the body is if
it is going in or out of cloud for example and finally you do not need to
apply Semi-Diameter correction. If you can scrounge a copy of an Air
Almanac (which year does not matter) it will give you a composite table of
corrections that will be quite accurate enough.
