I doubt that your parrents actually named you Your Name Here.

They did, actually. 'Your' is an ancient and almost honourable surname
dating back to a remote and little known clan (band of thieves, in fact)
that, for reasons lost in obscurity, always presents the surname first,
as do the Chinese.

Possibly my parrents yielded to a moment of whimsy in then choosing
'Name' as a first name although 'Here' may be traced back to a long
lived ancestor - it was more a nick-name, really.

Its difficult to be categoric about these things. I knew a chap named
Stan Moore. Fair enough, except when his first and (presumably) much
loved son was born they (there was also a woman involved) named him Hugh
Moore. I kid you not, and neither did they - as far as I could tell they
had no sense of humour at all.

Thanks for the info about 360 degrees, to you and all contributors.
Fascinating stuff.

And for Brian Whatcott, a site you may find useful is
