Speaking of WWV time

Any idea why I can't hear anything from Sunnyvale, CA? I tried all the
frequencies listed by the NIST on my Sony ICF-SW7600 radio (and checked I
wasn't in SSB) and only got noise. Shouldn't I be able to get that using any
SW radio?
