Note that on some PDFs (not all-it depends upon how the PDF is created) you
can copy
and paste the text on a page by page basis. It ends up being just ASCII, so
formulas
come out a bit messed up and you need to touch them up, but this allows you
to borrow
quite a bit of information. This is totally legal, of course, for some
documents like
Bowditch.
I did verify that you can copy and paste from the Bowditch PDFs.
