twenty five years ago I passed my N peers USPS here in Indiana in the winter using local lakes many with ice on the edges. I was teaching N then and found that over the US many students were using dip short to get their sights done. Since then IL have become blind but use a program called JAWS for job access with speech by means of screen reader that allows me to keep up with email just fine. Jim Guthrie
