I think I know what happened: I recall seeing the material but I never had
need for it before, so I just forgot about it! I wonder how many other
things I've conveniently forgotten? Scary.

Time to redo the calculations.

Dan - you need to use a table for Dip Short. See Bowditch table 14 - I've
emailed you a pdf extract separately (i.e. off list)
