Subject: Speaking of the Moon..

Your comments please.
Over the year, when a partial moon is visible, sometimes only the UL is
available and some other times, only the lower limb is available for the
same phase of the moon but at different dates.
I gave a call to my local planetarium and could not get a solid explanation.
