Moon is visibile everywhere by day, of course most people in Northern
latitudes don't notice this as they live with lots of cloud cover. I'm in
Venezuela and see it every day (10 deg. N).

In fact during part of the month when it is high enough, it is an excellent
tool with the sun to get a fix. Better than a SUN-RUN-SUN.
