Subject: Tidal Constants

We have had several references over the years to different sources for the
periodic terms for the positions of the Sun, Moon, and planets; but I do not
remember any reference to the periodic terms used to calculate tides and
currents.
Does anyone know a reference for the tidal and current constants that are
used to calculate modern tide and current tables ?
