Sandra,
Today was a momentuous day in the ongoing windlass saga. A big box showed up
containing a shiny new motor with 12 volt brake. All they were supposed to
supply was a brake and some spare brushes so this new motor takes away some
of the bitterness towards SL.
Your technical contact, Brook, is actually the service manager at SL. When
Joe Carter was ignoring my calls for weeks at a time I left a couple of
messages on Brooks voicemail. He ignored me too. If I need to reach them
again maybe I can have you place the call for me. I don't want this to be
interpreted as sexist but I think females may get better response from these
service guys.
Regards,
Dave Benjamin
