People can become incapacitated while driving anywhere but it is true there
are more elderly drivers in some parts of Florida, such as the St. Pete area.
My email was about Miami. Many of the drivers there are not elderly but
young, overly aggressive folks, combining high speed with erratic course
changes. The nightly news almost always has a story of some horrific wreck.
