I assume you are talking about canning food, and are looking for a pot
to do it in.
If this is the case, we found that a large pressure cooker, I think it
is from presto, worked best. Just put it on the stove and away you go. You
should be able to find canning instructions that use the pressure cooker to
sterilize and seal your food faster and safer.
