    In this case it may be that the owner is keeping the nav limits close to
    home because he isn't sailing much.

    I didn't say that the company would restrict any wooden hulled vessel to the
    Bay. I mentioned the cruising limits because they were relevant to the
    discussion which centered on RATES! And his invoice for one year of
    imsurance is bigger than my invoice for one year of insurance.

    Well, Al, I guess the handful of companies you represent don't include the
    one in question. We will give you a shot at quoting ours next time around
