    Suzy,
    In fairness to us Lavac fans, can you relate the circumstances and the
    condition of a few other systems of the boat during that delivery.
    My personal take on the situation Suzy encountered was that the owner of the
    boat didn't leave any tips on successful usage of the head. Lavacs are a bit
    different to use than conventional heads. They also are pretty much
    maintenance free. I've never heard of anyone replacing a Lavac head with a
    conventional one.
