    Would probably work. But if one of the "other" pump valves failed,
    while using a pump, you'd probably pump some water back into the bilge,
    instead of out. Try to install a true Wye, not a Tee because every bend
    restricts the flow somewhat, and a Wye minimizes that. Also, the hoses
    back from the Wye down to the bilge would always be full of water, so if
    there was a slow drain-down from those hoses, you'd always end up with
    some water in the bilge. I'm assuming here that the bilge pump
    thru-hull is fairly high, above the water line.
