Jim - to add to your point about this list being a valuable resource for
avoiding being burned and for getting local reference, I would like to add
that this list can serve in other ways too for ensuring good service.
By this I mean, as a last resort I have used these lists as leverage to get
manufacturers to stand behind their products when necessary.
