Having been a casting fisherman for a while, I've found that a 3-5 oz weight
and stout line can be very effective up to about 75 yards at cleaning a guy
right off his jet ski. Hey, I was just fishing, minding my own business,
and he ran into my cast pattern. Sorry 'bout that! Even most govt agencies
don't yet consider a fishing pole an assault weapon (though times ARE
changing).
