    It's not just a west coast thing! Same problems here on the Chesapeake.
    Transient workers, lack of respect for the boat, the owner's possessions,
    or quality work. EVERY time someone works on my boat they break something
    else. I HATE to have others work on my boat. Well, except for one good
    diesel mechanic, he's done a good job. But yard workers are pretty awful.
    So why is this situation so bad?
