No, It isn't faster, but I download just the headers, check the ones I want
to read and go back online to the 800# and pick up what I want to read. No
hassles, no getting bounced.
It only does e-mail, but it does it just fine even the lists. With the cell
phone, it works on analog phones and our phone will do either.
The first year I tried the cell/laptop route, I spent almost $300 in 2
weeks. Now I pick up e-mail at fuel docks, laundromats, anywhere and
frequently the 800 calls are free from pay phones.
