I painted mine on with the stencils. It is a tedious job. I had to renew
the paint after a couple years, but after a total of six years now, the
lettering is just fine. I purchased the little glue on patches with the
clear window to hold the registration stickers as well. My inflatable is
Hypalon, gluing letters on would be a major job, too, and from what gluing
I have done (Weaver snap davits), Hypalon two part glue is definitely not
removable. The paint would come off easier I think.
