I doubt very much that any American Documented visiting boat has to conform
to any Canadian regulation to this extent unless it is being imported into
Canada.
Example, Horseshoe rings are legal requirements in the U.S while rings are
required here. Canadian boats do not have to have horseshoes on board while
visiting the U.S and vise-versa.
