    For comfort, try Liberty Landing or Newport (Liberty Landing is more
    protected). But for cheap, go with the 79th Street Boat Basin - we are
    living there right now, and I think they get $5 a night for a transient
    mooring. Just $5, not $5/ft... Or there's also Great Kills on Staten
    Island...

    If you come to 79th Street, come see us! Dark blue Swan 39 on a mooring.
