Probably a bad comparison. Guns are used responsibly in the vast majority
of cases. Example: Among Florida's 400,000+ concealed carry permit holders
there have been only ~100 revocations in over a decade.
Are you trying to say you only suspect one jet-ski owner in 4000 of being a
problem?
