    Mary -

We have the Accordia policy (a Zurich Insurance product) and quite frankly
have been shocked at how quickly, politely, and reasonably these folks are
dealing with a fairly large claim - we managed to do a great deal of damage
to Nonchalant when we got blown into our moorage by some 40knt + winds.

We contacted Accodia that afternoon, a surveyor was out the next morning,
and the yard had work authorization within 48 hours - zippy service.

Like your policy, ours is like a conventional homeowner's in that it
includes personal propery, liability, damages, and even covers (thank
    goodness ...) temporary housing.

Not cheap, but well worth the $$$

    Cheers

    Jim
