Based on my experience, I only use e-mail if I am willing to wait for a
response. It seems that a lot of companies (even a broker I contacted)
don't check their e-mail. In an initial e-mail, I usually include my phone
and fax #s. Frequently, the response to my e-mail is via phone or fax. Fax
seems to work the best - they get a concise description of my problem/need,
and can get the answer before they contact me or waste time on hold in a
    regular phone call.
