Hi All,
We just had an in-water survey done to satisfy Boat US for our insurance.
Geez, this guy looked in every nook and cranny, did everything except pick
our..well, never mind.
Anyway, we're in Clearwater. Cost of survey for a 37' $275.00. Boat US gave
us the best price on insurance and we have hurricane coverage and Bahamas
coverage.
Now the question is, we could only get $3,000.00 personal effects coverage.
Heck, we have two laptop computers onboard, to say nothing about the
extensive collection of the Captain's tools. Any ideas on how to extend the
coverage. We don't have a home so a policy there won't help.
