This may be the case with your order, but they ignored my email forever. I
tried several times to place an order for pawls and springs for my Bariant
26s and after the initial contact when they said they had them in stock
they never again responded to me. After a month I found what I wanted at
West Marine and gave up on Australian Winch Co. That was at least 6 months
ago and they still have not responded to the several posts I sent. I
suggest that you got a response only after your complaint to the list. I
never complained (just went elsewhere) and never got a response.
