I may have a job in central San Francisco, but I gather the housing prices
are on a par with Manhattan and Tokyo, so we were thinking of shipping our
boat and living on it. However I imagine everyone else moving there has the
same idea, either that or a R-V park. Does anyone know the availability of
slips for a 33 foot boat or would be able to rank the marinas in order of
liveability? Have slip rentals gone up with real estate? Is south San
Francisco really a notably better climate than in the north?
