I have updated the pics and info (url below) for the ongoing refit of my
Pearson Coaster. I have been rushing madly to try to get the boat ready
for launch this tuesday but the trusty A4 failed to start yesterday and
continues to be stubborn. If new parts this monday don't do it, the damn
thing will be in our driveway for another month!
I am considering an upgrade to a electronic ignition... anyone had
experience with this?
Also I am in the middle of rebuilding the electrical system and I am
looking at battery monitor/charger/inverter systems.
The two that stand out are the Heart monitor/inverter/echo charger system
or the Ample Power Energy Monitor/Controller II and Isolator Eliminator
with a statpower inverter. I am especially interested in info on the Ample
Power systems if anyone has had experience with these systems and how well
they keep your batteries...
