    ** High Priority **

I am interested in tips for surviving winter. Most of the tips that I have
read thus far address marine based living. I am on a mooring, thus I can
not use electric heaters, lights, etc. I also enjoy sailing in the winter, thus
would like to keep my boat functional and ready to sail. If anyone has
any tips on types of heat, how to reduce condensation, and how to
insulate the boat while keeping it functionally sailable, as well as any
other suggestions, please let me know. It is starting to get cool at night
here in Maryland, and I really would like to know what works best before
    haphazardly buying.....thanks.....
