This really has been my point all along. I have some good friends and
kids that were in my Exploring program that went through to USCG Academy.
I have no qualms with the CG, just the laws they are allowed to operate
under.
I really find the need to comment on, "know the rules and who's dealing."
Last time I checked this was still a republic, which means **WE** make the
rules and **WE** deal, and if we do not, then we are no longer a
republic.
