Thanks to all. You've all gone a bit less than I had imagined. I must
admit that I'd be nervous about Ambien - I mean, what if you go
"Ambien Zombie" and walk off the boat??? :)
I'm a professional paramedic and I use, regularly, quite a list of
drugs. I have a whole bunch of "Lists" produced by Docs and
Retailers, all with the cruising sailor in mind, some seemed quite
over the top, others barely first aid kits.
So... thanks again for your input.
