    Below is the original email from Stefan. A lot of people
    responded that if the list moved to Yahoo they would quit.
     That is why we went with me setting up the list. If you
    look at the email you will see that the server looks like
    it is having problems that would require it to be moved
    even if Stefan was not moving.

    My old server "crux" went belly-up on Saturday and I have
    fixed it
    only today, Thursday. Hence, some postings will have been
    bounced (if they
    don't appear within the next few hours). Very soon, it
    will be replaced,
    but I think the list needs to be moved to a better home
    than the one it has
    occupied for the last 14.5 years (it more or less
    pre-dates the Web),
    especially since I'm shortly going to Vienna on
    sabbatical. I think Yahoo
    Groups may be the place; a cousin of mine has had a list
    there for about ten
    years.
